OSHA Compliance Guarantee

We are so sure that Forklift Training Pro will provide you with the means to fully comply with the current OSHA regulations that we will gladly refund the cost of our program should you be found to be non-compliant after using Forklift Training Pro to train your forklift operators.

Forklift Training Pro will refund you the cost of our program if, after following all instructions fully and completely by preparing custom training materials that are specific to your facility and forklift, training and evaluating your forklift operators as directed and preparing all the documentation provided in the program, you are cited by OSHA for non compliance with the OSHA regulations regarding forklift operator safety training. 29 CFR §1910.178(l)(1) – (l)(8)

OSHA does not require that trainers or evaluators be certified but they do put the responsibility on the employer to ensure that all training and evaluation is conducted by persons who have the knowledge, training and experience to train forklift operators and evaluate their competence. 29 CFR §1910.178(l)(2)(iii). Forklift Training Pro does not assume any liability regarding the selection of trainers or evaluators and our compliance guarantee does not extend to findings of non-compliance regarding trainers and/or evaluators.
